Biography
Dr. Ir. Kiki Yuliati M.Sc (born July 5, 1964) is the current Director General of Vocational Education at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia.
Kiki Yuliati previously served as Plt. Director of Learning and Student Affairs (Belmawa), Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia.

Biography
Brig. Pol. (Purn.) Drs. Zainal Arifin Paliwang, S.H., M.Hum. (born 6 December 1962) is the Governor of North Kalimantan. He is a retired Indonesian National Police with his last position as Main Policy Analyst in the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police.
Paliwang, who graduated from the 1986 Police Academy, has experience in detective work. Previously, he served as Main Level II Criminal Investigator at Bareskrim Polri.

dr. Khairul, M. Kes. (born 3 June 1964) is the Mayor of Tarakan for the 2019-2024 period. He was appointed by the Governor of North Kalimantan, Irianto Lambrie, on March 1 2019. Previously, he was a civil servant with his last position as Expert Staff to the Mayor of Tarakan for General Administration and Public Services which he has held since 2017. He has served as Regional Secretary of Tarakan City and also the Head of the Tarakan City Health Service.
