[IMPORTANT] To submit full paper (6 – 8 pages), authors must create an account first. The whole submission process is done fully online (NOT by email) to guarantee smooth administration. Letter of Acceptance (LoA) and Letter of Invitation (LoI) can be downloaded directly from your account once your full paper is accepted to be presented at the conference. ONLY Presented papers will be submitted to AIP Conference Proceedings or JESTEC (Special issue).

All review processes are double blind reviews.
To ensure the double- blind review process, please do not enter the author names in the paper that is going to be reviewed. Keep the author fields as it is. The author names are required for the final paper version. However, complete author names must be inserted in system. The author names and their positions cannot be changed after the paper is reviewed by the reviewer.
